As soon as you read him his rights and he "lawers up", you lose that ability.
I know their reasons and claims for wanting it, however, he's a citizen with due process rights and I am against the govt taking those rights away for anyone.

Thanks to Republicans in the House and this President, the passage of last years NDAA allows the govt to hold him indefinitely wherever they choose.

I addressed that. His brother was not. He had possible ties to terrorist groups and possibly trained in Chechnya by Islamic extremists. All the flags have the earmarks of Islamic Extremists and we are essentially at war with them and it appears this kid worked in cohoots with the enemy. That makes him an enemy combatant

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Mark it down....Jermy take notice: I agree with Obama's decision to not classify the terrorist as an enemy combatant. This is, I believe the first and likely last time I will ever agree with the President.

The 19 year old could almost be guilty of treason, especially if he is labeled as an "enemy combatant"-- which in this case I think would not be appropriate.
That may be true but we won't know unless he is alive.

Re: No Miranda Rights For Bombing Suspect

question for thought - does this bombing cancel his citizenship? it could because he broke an oath to be loyal to our country.

*sigh*...

(That was a sigh of relief by the way.)

Few people understand the importance of these things.

Would it be any different if he used an assault rifle? Sword, gun, bomb, toothpick, tank. The weapon doesn't change his citizenship, nor the rights that come with it.
