I came back because I received a Happy Birthday message from the Apostolic FRIENDS Forum... and it is really NOT to friendly from some of the political posters on here... the first post and already calling me names.. LOL .. to me you name callers are SORE LOSERS... The TRUTH always wins out over the LIES, and Mitt Romney was the biggest LIAR.... You know his belief was that he came from another planet before he was born on planet earth, and at some point in time he would become a god.... If you think this sounds STUPID, then think of ALL the people that voted for him... Knowing how he believed, and was a habitual liar, and couldn't be trusted at his word,... then THEY still voted for him.

Well yeah, but thats really no worse off than 52% of Americans polled believe we are going down the wrong path yet 52% of those same Americans voted the same person leading us down that path right back in office.
How much sense does that make ?

Your right Cindy, the republicans didn't have much of a choice, but now they have 4 years to clean it up and get their party back from the TeaParty crowd. Those folks are just plain out crazy. People in THEIR right minds, will switch over to keep our county from going to POT as in TEA... LOL

Well, that was 50/50 and really it was according to what poll you were listening to... I was not pleased with every decision that President Obama made, but over all HE made the right choices for America. I didn't like that he didn't let the Bush tax cuts expire last year, but he continued it for 2 million Americans that didn't have a job and needed money for 8 more weeks... He had a big heart for those people, which was better than mine. I didn't like him agreeing with same sex marriage, and I DON'T . .. But he did leave it with the STATES to decide, which that gave it back to the people to make that choice... so we have to go to the polls and vote. .. . As far as the wrong path, I don't believe it is wrong, because the economy is getting better, jobs have been created every month, the stock market is up, the value of houses are going up, and consumers are shopping with greater expectation... THAT shows that the PATH is RIGHT... we just need to continue on that path. Yes, somethings need reforming to stop abuse, and our country is moving FORWARD again, not fast, but forward.

Sadly, Texas has enough racists. Don't want any more. And my gripe about our government is not personal against Obama. It is the political machine behind all the candidates, calling the shots. Romney was just too weird for me, and his smile doesn't reach his eyes.

I didn't like all the money pouring into our elections, the media made Billions... and I agree about the political machine. Romney just got caught too many times speaking when he should have kept his mouth shut. You know the 47% statement.
