OR, people decide you can't argue with the ostrich while his head is in the sand...

Re: Political Implications of "Free-Will"

When will the GOP outlaw fornication?
Shouldn't we encourage and seek to elect legislators who will uphold God's pattern for sex?

Ha they are the ones, Gov anyway, who made it ok;
it was illegal at one time, and still is in some states,
de facto if not otherwise. One may still shoot their spouse,
in bed with a lover, in Texas, and not go to jail. If I'm not mistaken?

Shooting the adulterer who sleeps with your wife is NOT the Will of God for Christians. Still, crimes of passion are sometimes excused by our human laws.

How is it moral to shoot and kill an adulterer?
Shouldn't we seek to elect legislators who want to uphold God's Will when it comes to adultery?

1) Ah, but we were discussing temporal legality? 2) Shouldn't we seek a mis-guided individual who works in the worldly realm, satan's, to yadayadayada? Please do, in context with 1 Sam 8, and let me know how that works out for you. Ps, that guy you elect is too busy feathering his own nest, excusing himself from Obamacare, etc., in bald defiance of your Constitution, to behave as you suggest. He, or rather his proxy, is the one who legalized fornication, once again.

"The leaders of your nations are busy
thinking up ways to defy Me, and I AM laughing," paraphrased.
