I wonder if the NCAA is as hard on them as they were on USC....just thinking

Are they actually obligated to return next year (and face the music), or is this all a scout's honor type arrangement? I thought the delayed punishment was kind of weird.

The NCAA enforces the rules until it becomes inconvenient not to. There isn't a standard. The punishment fits the crime unless it is inconveniet. An inconvenient truth?
