People always seem to have negative comments (I was playing golf with a huge name preacher one time, and he chuckled and said, "oh, so you're dabbling hunh?") and I think it is because they only wish they would have had the initiative, numbness, and lack of sense to do what I am doing.
It isn't easy, there are good days, there are bad days, but in the end, it will be worth it all.
I have failed big time, and I have had some tremendous successes...but I like what Winston Churchill said and it is my mantra to this day...
"Never give up!"

Not too many have their own Hot Dog Stand.
Do you park out side the Catholic church at 10, then hit up the Mega-church at noon Carp?

I'll never be able to see cotton candy again without remembering this comment about the beehive hairdos.

Sorry, you're right, however, by the time he got around to the second and third never, I was already on my way to work.

Well, I don't have a hot dog stand, and pre-funeral care really is our core competency.

Martin V. Smith started out selling hotdogs and ended up owning half of Oxnard.

I sure appreciate every ones input.
Some said put on in front of home depot. I have seen that here.
There are now Two Home Depot stores, One Lowe's and A Do it Best Center.
Two Major Hospitals side by side and in one of the hospital's lobby; there is a permanent Coffee stand very successfully sells espresso and lattes. It's been there at least six years now.
High Schools around here keep McDonald's and Burger King in business for sure. There are more Huge high schools than you can shake a stick at. Plus Amarillo College is near by with a large park. There are several Parks that host Kids ink, football, base ball and soccer.
There is also a large Park that has a Zoo and the a small Amusement beside it. In this park I see Push ice cream cart.
Many people around here sell Burritos to business's you begin to look for them when they come around.
One man I know sold Texas Chili and Sandwiches.
But I have yet to see MY Favorite......
.................................................. ........The hot dog cart!!!!

Good Luck, Coop!!!!
Do plenty of research, and make sure you find out all the Health Dept. requirements before you try it out!!!!
I love hot dogs! (But only Hebrew National.) The cheap ones give me a headache...I think it's the msg....
I will say: If you're going to have any kind of food service, it's better to do a few things really well than to have a huge menu, and be spread too thin.

Yes, the Hebrew National is one of my favorites. I also like the New York style tuff skin.
I prefer the Beef franks in any brand.
My favorite chili is the Armour brand.
Thanks for the input, I agree with you to do one thing good.
Ps. Snow cone stands around here are very successful.
A combo Snow Cone and Dog Booth would be successful I predict.
I would make mine Mobile on a trailer.
