I remember the crawfish boils.
300 pds of crawdaddies, 50 lbs of taters, and onions.
Spread it on newspapers on tables and dug in leaving only shells.

Well we have fried chicken,and cornbread and collards where I live,sweet tea too.

you are definately from the south because up north, they look at you funny if you ask for sweet tea..lol.. When I moved from Florida to the midwest, I just figured everyone had sweet tea....................... I'll take the fried chicken though! MmMmMMmm.. and, please don't add sugar to the cornbread for me!

Debra I eat buttermilk cornbread not that jiffy mix stuff.

lol! I use jiffy....but now, my mama makes the real stuff!!! I don't get to eat cornbread that much 'cause my husband doesnt' like southern food!
