Isn't there a difference between a Certificate of Live Birth and a Birth Certificate?
Why not just show the original and be done with it?
When I apply for a job, I have to show proof of my citizenship. That requires a birth certificate, which I carry with me. I have those belonging to my children as well.
My son recently joined the Navy. I showed them his birth certificate. That's all they needed.
I have never had to show any document bearing the delivering doctor's name, proof of what hospital they were born in, etc. All that's needed is the mother's name, date of birth, county and state of birth, and the document has to have a seal on it.
In fact, when I originally got my children's birth certificates, I stated that I wanted the original form. They said they don't give that out. The county seal verifies the information on the document they gave me.
Why should it be different with Obama?

"I ... have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen," Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said in a brief statement. "I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago."
Klein wrote in an e-mail that CNN researchers found Hawaiian records were discarded in 2001 when the state's records system went electronic. Therefore, Klein said, Obama's original long-form birth certificate no longer exists. A computer-generated abbreviated version that has been promoted on the Internet is the official record, he said.
Hawaii's Okubu refused to say whether the DOH has Obama's original long-form birth certificate, explaining state law prohibited her from commenting on the birth records of any specific person.
But both Okubu and Fukino are now on the record contradicting CNN's claim that Hawaii had destroyed Obama's long-form birth certificate when the health department went electronic in 2001.
am not aware of any birth certificate records that have been destroyed by the department," Janice Okubo, public information officer for the Hawaii DOH, told WND. "When the department went electronic in 2001, vital records, whether in paper form or any other form, [were] maintained. We don't destroy records."
This is a feast for liars.
They can't discuss it They can discuss it
It was not destroyed It was destroyed
We don't destroy records But we destroyed in 2001
Chiyome Leinaala Fukino, M.D. became the Director of the Hawai’i State Health Department in December 2002
so how did someone turn back the time clock? How can Fukino comment on an item destroyed the rpevious year? (and they don't comment because they don't have authority)

Maybe you missed this quote, Coadie.
The documents I have for me and my children are the official records as well. I don't need the long forms. I have yet to find anyone who has ever needed the long form for any reason.

That's a lot of typing just to say you have no sources.

50 posts later on this non-topic and he still hasn't come up with any reliable source that validates his claim. I'm waiting on the court case (that will never make it to court) so we can deal in facts and not all of these delusions of his.

There is a narrow list of [acceptable] words, none of which are 'African,' which is what is on the Certification of Live Birth. Whatever liberal counterfeited the thing couldn't bring himself to say 'Negro.'"
Indeed, a 1961 summary of U.S. vital statistics by the Department of Health, Education and Welfare (now known as Health and Human Services) indicates:
Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and "other nonwhite." The category "white" includes, in addition to persons reported as "white," those reported as Mexican or Puerto Rican. With one exception, a reported mixture of Negro with any other race is included in the Negro group; other mixed parentage is classified according to the race of the nonwhite parent and mixtures of nonwhite races to the race of the father.

Isn't it strange that this counterfeit Cert recognizes politically correct thinking and projects it back to 1961
Just to give the counterfeitors a chance to act innocent, they could produce a stack of Certificates that used the "africa" designation as a reference to race. My white cousins born in Afrika Know what race means. When people make stuff up, there are obvious errors.
