The last time I checked his title line, Malvaro was offering infractions for sale to the highest bidder. Infractions add up to bans.. You might want to check into that if you have deep pockets.

I appreciate everyone except for Renda - who wouldn't adopt me yesterday. Thank the Lord I didn't end up needing to be adopted, but I was very disheartened that she felt it would cost her. I am not that high maintenance!!!
