Re: Happy Birthday - The Mrs & Michael Phelps!!!!!
Happy Birthday to The Mrs and to Bro. Phelps.
I can't send ya a cake, ain't to good at baking one anyway, so, I'll do the next best thing:
1 1/3 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 box cake mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease sides and bottom of pan with shortening. Flour pan lightly.
Blend dry mix, water. oil, eggs in lg. bowl until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
Pour batter into pan and bake immediately.
Bake 30-33 minutes.
Remove from oven. Cool. Spread canned frosting.
Add 100 candles (or more if needed). Presto! You have a cake.
Instructions taken from a box of cake mix. This poster does not guarantee results.

You might rethink that - she might throw the cake mix at you!

Re: Happy Birthday - The Mrs & Michael Phelps!!!!!
The first time I read the title of this thread I thought it was for Mr and Mrs Phelps, since Michael's wife is a new member of this forum! I was going to say "how cool that you both have the same birthday". Glad I didn't!
