No when I took that we were in the office of a pastor at a meeting CS honored us to come up and do in Kansas..........we discussed it and he decided to let me take a pic of him smiling..........for AFF............as soon as that service was over I caught a plane and flew to Houston to meet up with Dan and Tiff and Shelly and the next day.................

Someone needs to repost that old picture when your tooth was out. That still cracks me up every time I think about it. I bet it took CS a long time to live that one down.
