It can all be done without the gadgets... I thinkkkk.  Wear peds or any white ankle socks around the house as much as possible. At nite, smooth a lite layer of creme or vaseline on heels before putting on socks... Too hot with socks at nite, a lite layer of creme will not leave a greasy spot on bed linens when the socks are kicked off.
If all else fails, get you some medium grade sandpaper.... be gentle!! lololol

That is the problem with us country girls!! I don't have cracked feet, but it is a constant battle in the summer, because, as much as possible, I live in flip flops. That does a number on your feet.

I do the Vaseline/socks thing at night pretty regularly, but when it is hot, it is soooo disgusting!

I was engaged to an American in 88 who was a country girl.
I ended up marrying a country girl from the Philippines.
Country girls are more fun--even with with rough feet.
