If you want SafeEyes, which blocks content, it's $49.95.
All I know about that program is what I read on the link you posted.
BSafeOnline is what we have on our computers.

That is weird, when I was at the site earlier, I was sure that it said it was free. Oh well, I hadn't had my coffee yet, so...

I use www.accountable2you.com and it is free and it works well. The program also tracks what is done on the computer -- not just the internet.

Another good thing to put on your computer, especially if you have teenagers, is a keylogger program, which may be what you are talking about.
It will keeps a record of everything typed, so even your child is using instant messaging, you will know what is going on.
I know some feel like this is an invasion of privacy, but my opinion is your children have no right to privacy, beyond basic decency.
I had a program like that on my computer and it saved me from a potentially damaging situation with my daughter when she was about 14 years old. She had 25 year old man pursuing her that I was unaware of, (and I was very strict with her, if it could happen to me it could happen to anyone) and if I had not had that program, I would have been unaware of it until much later.

Just make sure nobody has access to the logs since this includes passwords and other sensitive data you typed in

- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.

Is keylogger software or something that plugs into the computer?

It’s a software program that keeps track of every keystroke. Its good for keeping tabs on kids or anyone else that uses the computer.
The drawback is that it can be a huge invasion of privacy, since it will also keep track of passwords used for email, banking websites, etc .
