yes, I can but sometimes it isn´t possible...you take some then run out...people cook with dirty water...the veggies are not always real clean, lettuce is very dangerous if not washed very carefully...lots of things and ways to get these parasites...sometimes the meat is not cooked enough...

There are chlorine pills you can carry with you to drop in a gallon of water, easier to carry

make sure you are taking it according to directions..with food or without? Also ask the Dr if that is a side effect
I am reading that chlorine does not kill parasites. You have to boil for at least 1 min
Also, have you looked for a water filter that you can take with you?

The medicine was so strong I was sick all night but had others that were sick to take care of so only my familiy knows how sick I really was and still feel weak...I smile to our people and worry about them...I don´t want them to worry about me...they have enough burdens to carry as it is. I believe in your prayers...
No matter how careful a person is water is dangerous in most foreign countries...I try to be careful but am not careful enough according to my family...

This makes me want to be very careful in Africa. We always carry bottled water and only eat in certain places. So far we have not eaten in anyone's home, because Eddie has a very volatile stomach. It's hard for me to remember to brush my teeth with bottled water; I forgot a couple of times.
