Here seems to be the way this works. After they sent me the new Good Faith report with the interest rate lower, they upped their other fees.

Re: Moving
Sister Esther,
When you get into the country, get some chickens. They will add a great deal of interest and pleasure to your life.
Anticipating buying chickens, I built the Taj Mahal of all chicken houses for them. Monday, I got 29 day old chicks. Between Tuesday and a few moments ago, I've now lost ten of them. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I bought the Dominique species which is suppose to be a good breed.
Anyway, welcome to the "country" life. It is great. But, what are you going to do about employment?

Congratulations on the move to the country... nothing like it!
They probably had points on the 4.99% rate that did not exist at 5.15. On a 15 year loan you may not actually save much considering your are simply prepaying some interest in the form of points.

Gotta love those Dominecker Hens. Great layers and easy to keep. I am curious if you have checked for mites that might be affecting your chicks. 30% attrition rate is not that common.

Well, at least i now know who apprehended is...
My apologies for not getting back with you when you called
I have been busier than a one armed paper hanger.. we are still in 2008 planning mode with IBM. Every division gets their days to plan.
I actually started to skip out of the meeting and call you back and prophesy that you were with Jay Jones in Mississippi and you wanted to discuss a new program that Jay and Robin had just gotten involved with regarding lead generation that was connected to a UPC preacher in Kentucky...
But I figured you would nail me for prophesying those things I knew as though I knew them not.

MY husband would let me raise cows before chickens. He said choose between him or chickens.
My Mom raises chickens. Seems they always moat around the holidays when you need the most eggs.
She inherited my sisters chickens. TWICE. Her lays brown eggs and the chickens are brown but I have forgotten the name of them.
