Coming to Fresno, Ca. missions concert Feb, 29th!

Well... I am now in my hotel room near LAX airport. Left Fresno around 10:00 this morning and headed straight to the Garment District downtown LA.
It was alot of fun, I bought a few things, stayed there a few hours.
Last night was wonderful hanging out with Keith,Jeanie MarkY and 2 of MarkY's neices.
Mark played for me while I shared about the orphange. He did great, I had him say a word for the Lord, EXCELLENT.
After the concert we went to ClaimJumpers, they will have to tell you what we talked about I plead the 5th

Sandra was awesome y'all. I don't know how quite to put it, but I'll do my best. It's one thing to hear about the New Destiny for Children on a website or on this forum, but it is quite a different story to hear it in person and hear if from the person's heart. I didn't expect to cry at all, but I did the whole time. Seeing those little faces and hearing their personal stories of where they came from and how they are doing now--I just pray that the word gets out and Vicki's dream, at that dream for her orphange is fulfilled--I love that her ministry really isn't about her, it about changing children lives-who other wise would not have much hope.


I'll tell you this is one talented lady, and can do it all! She can speak and sing. One minuet she had us laughing the next we were crying! It was great--really great.

Sandra last night when you got behind the piano and played the folks around me kept saying.."wow she can play too" & "oh I didn't know she played the piano!" they thought you sounded great-

OH and to everyone else we just chatted a bit when we went out to eat afterwards! (well more than just a bit)

I forgot to mention this, the church in fresno is going to support the orphanage $100.00 a WEEK. The pastors wife took me aside and said my husband and I want to match what the church is doing $100.00 a WEEK.
