Praying Sis Barb. I like others here am thinking it may be gallstones or something to do with the gall bladder. As Sis Falla said though no matter what is causing the pain our God is able to remove the problem.
BTW eating milk products and any fat will agravate if it is gall stones.

I read this thread to my husband and he said it sounds like gallstones

to him. But God CAN take care of gallstones. In Aug of 1987 my husband

had a TERRIBLE attack from what the ex-ray technician described as two

of the " hughest" gallstones she had seen. My best friend from high school

and later church, was working in the ER room when we came in. She told us

that. My husband was hospitalized for two days and when urged to go ahead

and let them get them out, he said all he could think about was getting out

and calling for the elders of the church to pray for him first. He asked me to

ask the ladies prayer group to pray for him. They put him on a diet (which we

immediately got on) We picked up the perscription the physician (a family

friend) prescribed. We came home and he called for the church to pray. He

said he knew what the Bible said to do.

I just now went and looked at the prescription bottle I had tucked away in a

obscure place as a witness to the date. The date is 8-04-87 and 30 pills

were ordered. There are 27 still here. If I am correct that would be 20 yrs.

this past August and we have not heard from the gallstones since. The only

reason I mention this is to give God ALL the GLORY for what HE CAN and WILL

do, if we can just believe! God is great and greatly to be praised!

Blessings,

I want to thank and praise the Lord for praying and caring people!!

Last night was not a good one...the pain woke me around 11 or so, but eased so I could sleep.

However, it hit again right before lunch, so I weakened and asked mom to call my doctor.

She saw me right away...I said, "My SIL thinks it's kidney stones and my godsister thinks it's gallbadder."

She said, "Your godsister gets the prize..." And so the doctor confirmed what many here have said as well...it's gallbadder problems of some sort. I have an ultrasound appointment for 11:15 tomorrow morning to confirm.

At any rate, she gave me something for pain and nausea...mom is making me chicken soup and I am ready for it...haven't had much to eat since Sunday morning.

God bless you all for your concern...

Bless you, dear Sis. Barb,

Just know that with or without the doctor's help, God IS going to take

care of you, in Jesus Name!

He doesn't always choose to do it the same way. Gallstones evidently

run in my husband's family. Two of our daughters have had gallbladder

surgery and done well. God saw fit to touch my husband without surgery

and we are thankful. This in no way is to be critical of seeking the help of

a doctor. My husband was in the hospital for two days while they gave him

pain meds and got his gallbladder settled down.

Sis. Barb, you are His child and He cares for you! Rest easy, dear Sister!

Your Father has it all under control!

Blessings,

Falla39

Sis. Barb,

I understood what YOU meant but didn't want anyone that might be

reading to misunderstand what I was saying.

Great and Mighty Lord God,

We are calling on You on behalf of Sis. Barb, humbly asking that You would

give her wisdom regarding this situation. If You see fit, You can heal her

instantly and completely as You did my husband twenty years ago. Never-

theless, realizing You do not always do things the same way, we commit this

situation into Your Nail-scarred Hands. We trust You, Lord God and we know

that You do all things well. Thank You for what You will do on behalf of Sis.

Barb, in Jesus Name.
