Because you do not have to drop out of any organization to be part of the new one. That is their ploy to get you in. I am sure when all the dust has settled they will demand a different stance. But for now.....

Keep in mind that the former PSR conference had around 5,000 in attendance. So............2,000 is really no big deal.

A lot of the PSR crowd is taking a "wait and see" approach to Tulsa. Also Tulsa is a "ministers" meeting and most folks won't have their families in the audience with them.

I believe this to be true. I am going, but my family is not. I know several preachers around me who are going and they aren't taking their families either.

So do you think these men will leave the UPC or are they just going to see what's going on?

I know of some ministers from around these parts who are going to observe...not a sign of aligning...just attending the meetings.

Brother Haney has written a very articulate letter and his reflection on the circumstances is clear and accurate. He is demonstrating his strong and steady leadership ability to guide our church through this difficult time. But, guide it through, he will. I'm Holy Ghost proud of his stand and statement.

Thank you, Brother Haney, and God bless all your efforts for His Kingdom.
