I remember my first sermon. I had my notes all ready. Then in the prayer room before that service the Lord changed the message on me. I was scared to death.

Oh and... I dont know where in East Tx you are but we would love to meet you sometime! He starts working back out there in a few weeks God willing so we will be visiting there a good bit! I miss our old church and pastor out there so much too! Gotta go visit!!!

I am in Mineola. Went to New Life Tabernacle. They got a new pastor a couple of months ago. I will be going Wed. night. Got to get back in church!
so hungry for the word.

Oh he had something similar happen and he felt the same way.... he was asked to come preach at a church out here in this well... general area..and we were living in La at the time so had no idea of things happening in that church etc.. well he had prayed and fasted and on and on about this meeting.. Had the sermon all prepared and like Bro Steadfast said.. that file with 50 or so sermons in waiting... well we get down here and walla... God says.. preach such n such sermon.. he is like oh Lord!!! THATS FOR MY HOME CHURCH!!! You told me this!!! So he goes and preaches this new sermon.... and nothing... he said he literally felt like he was preaching to a brick wall.... left very discouraged even though the pastor and sr pastor were so thrilled over the sermon... So the next service.. another evangelist comes to preach.... exact same sermon!!! Same text and everything it was wild... finally after the 3rd time in 4 weeks it was preached... they got the hint.. but it was rough... the pastor told us about all of it later but it was too wild...

Oh cool! Not too far... actually he has some wells to do not too far from there... we just moved from Jacksonville in July
