Considering how he came out of the woodwork with others, he was probably pressured by the others to remove you from his friends list. That is how they work

Someone explained it to me as the "pack" mentality. I suppose so - sure wouldn't want to hurt anyone's reputation by being their friend on FB.

Absolutely. No argument there. Your point is taken, but that doesn't mean it didn't sting a little, as much as I would like to pretend that it doesn't matter. I'll take your advice and just "get over it."
I've always done my best to keep the conversations that occur on the forums separate from *real life*, although I realize that fb is still a stone's throw away from reality. I've had heated discussions with several people who are still friends on fb and in real life. You seem to have made this a recent habit, mixing fb with the forum and now vice versa. I think that's just one step behind other people who take information off fb and the forum and punish others in real life for what happens online. You of all people should be able to realize why it's important to make a distinction, having experienced that kind of injustice.
