Yes. It's a perverse false doctrine that should be strongly rejected.

Look at the way Jacob wanted to forgo revenge for the rape of his daughter just so that he could enjoy amiable relations with the family of the man who had raped her. Women were seen as property and "things" that a man might accumulate toward some end.
The Bible records Jesus addressing his natural mother in a fashion consistent with His time. The angels called Mary "woman" when they met her at the tomb. In Matthew 15:28 - while praising her faith, Jesus calls the Canaanite woman by the same word.
I think you err when you try and and transpose 20th century English idioms into the 1st century manner of speech. To address a lady as "woman" in the first century was not an insult.

Again, we wait in vain for Scripture to augment this view. What exactly is a "generation curse" in the context of the Messiah being a blood descendant of King David?

No, did the angels insult Mary at the tomb? Did Jesus insult the Canaanite woman in Matthew 15?

What are you talking about? Use the quote button. Intentional ambiguity breeds misunderstandings. Let's be plain.

Re: Is The Serpent Seed Doctine A "Damnable Heresy
How was 2 Samuel 7:13-16 to be fulfilled? In fact, read David's prayer in response - "Thou knowest thy servant..."
Read:
Genesis 49:10; 2 Kings 19:34; 1 Chronicles 17:13-14; Psalm 45:6, Psalm 72:5, Psalm 72:17-19; Psalm 89:36-37; Isaiah 9:7; Daniel 2:44, Daniel 7:14; Luke 1:32-33.
The Messiah, the King was to be a blood descendant of Abraham ( Genesis 22:18 - " thy seed" - Abraham's seed!) Isaac, Jacob, Judah, David, Solomon and even poor ol' Zerubbabel ( Zechariah 4:6-16).

Doc, I have to ask this in all seriousness...
Do you think you're like the proverbial guy who "loves the sound of his own voice"?
You don't have to answer if you don't want to. You can take it as a rhetorical question if you like.
But think about it. And think about why I would even ask you that question.
Blessings,
TRF
