I had the privilege of working with Karen at the Diner in Boisetown. We had such a good time together. She played the keyboard at church while I played the piano.
Karen was a truly beautiful person.
Even when she had a trial you'd see the Howe twinkle in her eyes.
Her daughters are both beautiful as well. Kind hearted.
I cried some tears today.

Psalm 19:14
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
Over here enjoying the comedy that we call politics in Canada.
Prime Minister Harper has dared to suggest shutting down the $1.95 per vote that's keeping the Liberal's leaky boat afloat.
Smiling Jack Layton will consider forming an opposition coalition to govern, but only if Stephane Dion doesn't become Prime Minister.
They've consulted with sponsorship Jean to see if there is a way to crown Michael Ignatieff (If anybody can pull it off, Teflon Jean can).
Then it appears that the Liberal/ NDP coalition may need the approval of Gilles Duceppe to create their frankensteinian government.
Poor Gilles, he'll feel compelled to rattle his separatist sabre, but not too hard lest he lose his good government job.
God save the Queen.
Texas politics can be quite amusing, too. Back in 2003, some Demos fled the state so there wouldn't be a quorum to vote on Repubs' redistricting plan (blatant gerrymandering, of course). Wait. It gets weirder. State troopers were sent to find the AWOL lawmakers and arrest them. On a rumor that a private plane was used to escape (it wasn't - they used buses), federal agencies were enlisted to help find it, apparently on the ruse that the plane was missing, as in possibly crashed or hijacked. Well, the crack investigators caught up with the "fugitives" in Oklahoma, but they didn't have jurisdiction there. So they asked them to return voluntarily. They declined.

And people wonder why the average Joe can't stand Politics!
I'm just wondering why our democratic election system can be overthrown so easily.
All I know is this, if the Government falls on Friday as it looks it will, the Governor General better let another election (as distasteful as that is) & let us kick the Block, NDP, & Liberals on the street rather than let the 3 stooges take over Parliament!
On a happier note. God is doing some wonderful things in Mville. Four children baptised Sunday AM, a young adult baptised Sun PM, my neighbours son recieved the HG Sun PM and someone else as well. My neighbours have only been in for a little over a year now.
