Do you suppose Mary, the mother of Jesus, went around shaving her legs?
Ever consider what you would feel and believe if you grew up in a society that denounced shaven legs as gross and unacceptable?

You're taking my post WAYYYYYY too seriously.
I just find it oddly ironic that some guys will make a case for beards based on the idea that it's the way the Creator made them, but the same guys would have a conniption if their wives refused to shave. So point your facetious post in their direction.
(P.S. The assumption was on your part, since you misread the intent of my post.)

Now come on you know Mary didn't shave her legs...What year did they invent ladies razors? Mary didn't ride around in a Ford either she rode a donkey...
Do you really think shaving the legs is wrong or is this a joke?

You aren't making a lick of sense.

No, I don't think it is a sin of any kind, but the history is interesting as is the origin of necessity and cultural bias.
Neither do I think that it is sinful to go clean shaven on a man.
The point is that neither is it sinful to grow a well kept beard.

There's really no need to be ugly.
