I have been blessed to know many great men of God, men of whom this world was not worthy. My pastor, Lloyd Williams, RA Beesley, AW Post, CB Dudley, MF Urquhart, HD McNair, George Shalm, Jimmy Burns, and many, many others. Our Pentecostal heritage in NB is rich and deep.
Along with them I could list an even longer list of laymen and women that I have known who have shown me what it means to be a Christian. It's a season to celebrate blessing and my life has been richly blessed by God and His people.

I had never heard of Bro. Dudley before reading these posts some time ago. However, this morning I was looking through a book we have, Profiles Of Pentecostal Preachers, and his bio is there.
Fascinating reading to say the least, and I'm sure the writer didn't begin to tell the tale.

He really was a great man of God... a man, but mighty in God. And he did have quite a gift of laying on of hands to recieve the Holy Ghost.
He was a straight shooter who never minced his words.

Psalm 19:14
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
Bro. C.B. Dudley made an an impression on me as a pioneer church planter along the Miramichi River. It takes a special gift to plant a church and he planted several. And he didn't go to a church planting seminar to learn how to do it. He just went forth and preached the gospel with passion and the anointing of God upon him.
