Last year I lost 15lbs, and 10 have crept back!!! I've got to stop-and do something!
It just seems it doesnt matter how little I eat, but what...it seems like if I eat any kind of carbs it just turns to FAT..and that is just a really hard way to live--to not eat hardly any carbs!
I will try it though! I do want to walk more though!
