The majority of the information I read was more positive. I'm staying away from the negative because I can't do anything about it anyway.
Choroid plexus cysts
The choroid plexus is part of the brain that produces the fluid called 'cerebrospinal fluid' (or CSF). CSF surrounds the brain and spinal cord and fills areas within the brain called the ventricles. The choroid plexus starts forming in a developing baby's brain at around 7 weeks of pregnancy. However, in about 2% of normal pregnancies the routine 18 to 20 week ultrasound will identify small fluid-filled cysts, called choroid plexus cysts (or CPC's). In most cases, these cysts are just a minor variation of normal and disappear on their own during the pregnancy. Choroid plexus cysts are not harmful and do not cause any health problems. Babies known to have CPC's develop normally, just as babies without detectable cysts.
1. Most of the time, these cysts dissolve before birth and don't cause any problems.
2. These kind of cysts dissolve 95% of the time before the baby reaches the 8 month of gestation.
I'm believing for this!
