The bolded bothers me. The US should not accommodate the "encroachment" of any "established" religion, but promote freedom of worship for all. Sounds like if you had things your way, you'd ban Islam from the US? It's amazing how little the Constitution means to people when it gets in the way of their conflicting idealogies.

There is nothing that men of commonsense can do, apparently, without offending someone, even when we know we are head for disaster???
"So, roll, roll, roll your boat gentle on down the stream......!!!"
That's why when America now goes to war it tries to "play fair", taking its handicap so the poor terrorist can have a chance!! We're so strong we can fight with both hands tied behind our backs!! Why? Because there is not enough consensus among us to stand against what will destroy.
In times of war, truly dangerous times, America has always sacrificed some freedoms. Now is that time, but America (half of US that is) does have the stomach for the fight.
I guarantee you that the radicals have the stomach, they are bold, "we will build memorials to our victories, right in their front yard!!!" They know America's goodness is also her weakness and they are exploiting US.
Anyone who doesn't think this Imam is of the radical brand is diluted.
