Does anyone know more about this book? Has anyone heard of similar groups? Any thoughts on the topic?

That part is true in the UPC.........I say UPC because I was in the UPC for 17 years.

Re: Leaving The Fold - anyone hear of this?

It actually sounds like something that I would have enjoyed reading. Though, I have been accused more than once of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. To which I usually responded that I found life quite peaceful without the baby.

Though to be honest, I am now realizing that the "baby" that I threw out was not the real baby after all, it was somekind of evil changeling that I only thought was the baby.

Which is not to say that I have gone out and got myself a real genuine baby to, uh, bathe again. But I am kinda watching the baby from afar

I was thinking about Job's wife the other day ...

Can we blame her for trying to see if her husband's suffering would come to an end?
