I set up a church with the following link. For another church I found that their "evaluation" version of EasyWorship had a serial number in a .txt file in the install directory. Not sure if that was a crack or what but it works.

If you want to avoid the hassles of license fees I'd recommend the Open Source route. The offerings there are as good as any of the commercial products.
