this scandal was talked about on apostolicnews.blogspot.com
that is how i know that is one of them - you have to read the user comments in the election irregularties blog post

You know I met this family when I was 19, their dad gave me bible studies. In fact his dad worked at IBM when my mother did.
I dont know why they would want to cheat people, his dad was a soul winner and when I went through a period of time (right after being baptized in 1983) that I wasnt going to church, his dad went looking for me to see what was wrong.
I am really sad.

I think this is nothing more than a more money going out than coming in issue than being fraudulent, being a business owner at one time, it's easy to get behind on stuff.
Sounds like he is trying to work it out, let's pray they do.
