You obviously haven't met too many actual charismatics, I see.
Most of the "prosperity gospel" crowd are trinitarian pentecostals. As for flicking the tongues switch on and off, the only people I've known to do that are self identified Pentecostals, mostly trinitarian but quite a few oneness as well.
The Shepherding movement was/is a charismatic movement. That group had standards and controls that would scare a Branhamite.
I think what
you call "charismatic" is anybody who believes in spiritual gifts and isn't oneness and doesn't believe in "standards" as defined by conservative oneness groups.
