Put the statue of that treasonous and immoral murderer in a museum-- not somewhere unbthe open where ignorant people can make up fanciful stories of just how good of a guy he is!

How about having communities police themselves? No more police, but have the citizens police their own communities. Give the jails over to the communities, allow them to rehabilitate their own people?
