Please denounce such a thing. Just because you haven't yet outright said it doesn't mean you didn't use to think it.

They shouldn't have set the precedent; however, since they did, if the GOP chooses to delay a vote on obama's nominee, they have no right to whine or complain about it.

Actually, no they didn't. The Dems refused to allow a vote on Bork for 7 months.

Sorry, confused. I agree. The Dems set a precedent by refusing to allow a vote on Bork for 7 months.

So don't whine and complain...the precedent was set, and this will be significant enough to do whatever it takes to oppose anyone obama nominates.

"We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled."
"It then took hours for authorities in remote West Texas to find a justice of the peace, officials said Sunday. When they did, Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara pronounced Scalia dead of natural causes without seeing the body -- which is permissible under Texas law -- and without ordering an autopsy."
"Guevara also rebutted a report by a Dallas TV station that quoted her as saying that Scalia had died of "myocardial infarction." In an interview with The Washington Post, she said she meant only that his heart had stopped.
"It wasn't a heart attack," Guevara said. "He died of natural causes."
So first they said he had a heart attack, but meant to say he died of natural causes. Yet he was seen to be in good health and good spirit the night before.
Add to it the blurb that he was found with a pillow over his head.
And the woman who pronounced him dead of "natural causes," did so over the phone without seeing Scalia AND without an autopsy!

So as I said, you believe it was a bad thing for the democrats to do, but since they did it once umpteen years ago then that somehow makes it not bad for the republicans to do it.
I guess whatever you can use to rationalize bad behavior....
The difference is, I can admit the democrats were wrong to do that then. Can you admit the republicans will be wrong to do it now?

I'm still very skeptical of the pillow line.
Anyways, I'm fairly certain that natural causes for death does include any natural cause wherein a heart attack stops the heart from beating and thus results in death. The reason heart attack is not being trumpeted even though it is probably the most likely result of the "natural causes" is because it cannot be confirmed without an autopsy.
