Police are subject to overact like anyone else on a call. Imagine you are a police and you get a call that someone has a gun and he is threatening to kill people. When you get on the scene you have preconceived ideas and have been determining a plan of action before you get there, but what you don't realize is the man with the gun has been disarmed by another who is trying to help. On arrival you take down with force the innocent man. If he is hurt while being subdued then does that make the cop bad.

I personally think that cops are human, but for the most part are not bad. There maybe some, but that is the exception and not the rule. These cities that are very violent, will no doubt produce a police department that is edgy because of the circumstances they deal with routinely. I am glad I am not a policeman.

In school teachers would have a kid take names while they left the room and people would hate that kid if they took their name. Police are hated because of this reason in a grown up world.

So you deny that there is not systematic and institutionalized discrimination against Americans of European descent? There certainly is an issue in this country. The issue is a divide and conquer attitude of those at the top, keeping us all divided and fighting each other. Only a blind person would deny that whites are victims of this as well.

I agree with the divide and conquer statement. And yes, I deny institutionalized discrimination against Americans of European descent. Sorry. Its not discrimination. I believe someone said it best when they said its the hate that hate created.

Every people has been discriminated against at some point throughout history. white pilgrims came to this country because they searched a better life where they could be treated equally. There has been many people burned at the stake because of their religious beliefs. I am sorry, but we don't lay that debt upon the following generations.

People often play the race card to be given something. I don't want anyone to give me something I don't earn.

So if a business or government entity has no choice by law but to hire a less qualified non-white over a better qualified white, all over race, the white has not been discriminated against because of his race? The non-white has not been granted special consideration because of his race?

What about immigration policy? Why are only 6% of immigrants allowed to be white Europeans?
