Revelation 5:6

which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

Notice that those 7 spirits of God are part of the Lamb himself.

These 7 Spirits from the Lamb are likely just an example of an impartation of Jesus Himself in the 7 areas of the world.
