Re: Revival at the United Nations?
Just thought I'd revive this (no pun intended). Bro. Chavis (need to get his first name) is preaching this morning at our church. He said he was there this week, and still has his pass. He reported 20 receiving the Holy Ghost, so far. Also, a healing of the aide of the council leader.

Who is "Brother Chavis"? Can you give a quick bio?

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: Revival at the United Nations?
Not sure. Our pastor invited him to preach at our church this morning. I don't really know anything about him, besides his name. I'll ask my pastor for more info, later.

Maybe Cortt Chavis?
Pastor Rob Bibb from here in PHX was at the UN this past week as well. He posted pics of the UN General Assembly room said he was part of a group there to minister to some high officials.
The well-known minister I mentioned was Raymond Woodward. He was there along with Vani Marshall, from POA, who was in charge of the delegation.
I have known Pastor Bibb for over a decade and believe what he's said.

Re: Revival at the United Nations?
This is like "the wives of bin laden" story. "A man i know", "ministering to 'some officials'".....if its true and worth telling then give the details. The chances that "UN officials" have quack UPC ministers on call to "minister to them" are zero. So names and details or it never happened. The days of fantastic far away events that cannot be fact checked are over. Guess the old timers dont know that.

Re: Revival at the United Nations?
If influential UPC preachers are at the UN then I'd suspect the UPC is in negotiations with the UN and is working on becoming a UN NGO working for the globalist agenda.

much more likely than them actually being influenced by the pastors, i'm sure. Not getting why this is humorous to some; but i guess the only other alternative is to accept that satan actually has a mechanism for running the world, and it is US, at least right now.

Oh good grief.
I don't believe Esaias was being serious with his post, at least I hope not.
The UPC is NOT working with the UN to further some globalist agenda. smh
