Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

I don't like it. Many of the rebels are aligned with AQ. This will help to raise and arm another OBL.

This is a Syrian civil war. It's sad what is happening, but it's not our responsibility to get involved. Let the Syrians and their neighbors fix the mess and worry about it.

I'm tired of the US running off to join whatever conflict they can find (cause).
Amen. It is, sadly, what we do best. So, how tired are you? And see that they are ok with it, as long as you are just "tired." Just don't get mad, and try to change it. Etc.

He's criticized if he lets the Middle East go up in flames while we do nothing.

He's criticized if he gets involved because he's a secretly a Muslim.

Can President Obama please everyone? No.

But for the record, our intervention in Syria will eventually be more than just arming a few rebels.

Syria has become a proxy war.
Asaad MUST BE REMOVED from power, but Russia and even Hezbollah are helping the forces loyal to Asaad while we will be forced to help the extremists that will only be our bed partners for a short period of time.

How is he an illegitimate President?

He should be humbled?
He showed graciousness and humility to a foreign dignitary, but was criticized as showing weakness.

Remember the phrase "cowboy diplomacy"? Was there any humility in that?

Just how should the President of the United States of America be humbled and if he should experience that, how will you escape? Not that you are not humble, but whatever you are wishing for Obama can't be good-- and he is the President of our country-- and be sure that you will be affected.

In what way has President Obama been pridefull, in his domestic policies, in his foreign policies?

FTR - I do think Obama's record shows he's partial to them, and does whatever possible to pacify them.
What record?
What partiality?
Which Muslims-- the Shia or who?
Which muslim countries-- Pakistan? Afghanistan?

He cheated his way through school. He claimed to be a foreign student born in Kenya. That was most likely a lie to get a certain tuition rate and notoriety. But it certainly disqualifies him from being Commander-n-chief. He is sending advanced military aid to groups that have sworn our destruction, even risking getting us into a war with the Russians to do it. Yes, may he be humbled and disgraced in front of the whole world. Maybe then some of these losers who voted for him will wake up.

That you have to ask shows how completely blind you are.

We never should have gotten involved period. We've "encouraged" these uprisings because those who would be rebels believe we will come to their aid. The result such as Egypt is worse off
