I don't see how a non living/spirited thing like a musical note/tone, demonic and or angelic descriptions. It can be neither for it has no soul. It is a sound wave/vibration. It does not make up your mind for you nor does it change what you think, unless you give it the power to.

So for you to call heavy metal music demonic is ridiculous, the fan base that follows it maybe so, the people involved in the playing maybe so. But there are plenty of golden oldie/country/so called gospel bands and the like that have done some pretty disturbing and evil things, just because it is faster and louder than you would prefer does not make it immoral or evil. The lyrics and the members of the band and what they represent decide whether its evil or not.

I don't agree with the tattoos or anything like that, but to call specific musical pitches evil, I personally believe is wrong.

I personally feel like Country music was invented by satan just to make me need Prozac, but I'm not gonna start a doctrine about it.

My husband (Atheist) and I were discussing this news a few weeks ago, one of the things that I couldn't believe was the potential jail sentence for this type of crime is only like 7 years.
