The young lady seems very sincere, why try to confuse her with views opposing her church and leadership?

Good luck. On this forum there is a lot of diversity of views regarding women's hair being uncut so don't be surprised at some of the answers you get.
Glad you are loving God and walking with Him!

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

there are ways to take care of your hair so that you won't have breakage on the ends, and therefore it will get long faster:
- try to wash every other day (instead of every day) as hair is fragile when it is wet
- gently comb hair before washing to remove tangles
- Instead of washing your hair with shampoo, try washing it with conditioner, you apply the conditioner and massage it into your scalp and then rinse it well. Pantene Ice Shine conditioner is a very nice Condition Only washing Conditioner
- don't vigorously rub your hair with a towel after you wash it, just pat it till it's damp, but not dripping wet
- let your hair air dry, don't use heat on it
- use a hair serum to keep hair tangle free
- a tiny tiny bit of coconut oil rubbed between your palms and then smoothed on your hair from the ears down will keep your hair healthy
- Use a satin pillow to keep your hair from being damage while you are sleeping, and maybe braid it.
- If you are going to be out on a very windy day, you might want to clip it up so that it stays tangle free
- and yes, you want to eat healthy, lean protein, fruits and veggies, and take vitamins
