As of Friday night I would have to say No. It looks like he got it trimmed, but definitely NOT cut short.

In fact, he introduced one of the employees from our local Christian radio station onstage with him as "My brother from another mother" because they both of a little longer than shoulder length hair. Then he said, "We're just gonna wear our hair this way until it finally comes back into style!" We all LOL!!

a while back I saw a picture of Guy with real short hair singing as part of a group at Jerry Falwell's church. They showed it on one of the Gaither videos

Must have been a very long time ago. As far as Guy and CC go I know that for most of the years I attended CC Nashville he was a leader of a CC daughter work or spinoff in a town outside of Nashville, Columbia.
When one of my sons was a teenager he went with someone to Guy's house for something and he was very nice. Invited my son back out to ride horses as I recall.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: Christ Church - Nashville
I attended Christ Church for twenty years. Over the years it has evolved from a UPC church to an Anglican church. All of it's ministers are now ordained into the Anglican church.

Really? Not too surprised. Were you able to find a new place to congregate?

I know you Wiki'd this, but he was not the lead singer, he was the baritone singer........the lead singer position was a revolving door, and included Russ Taff, Michael English, MarK Lowry, David Phelps......
