ILG, I don't care what happens to the renters. Too bad for them. But I am praying that God sends you willing and able to hands to help with the cleanup and work that needs to be done on the place so you can rent it again. And then I am also praying that God will provide GREAT renters for you the next time around. OK?

Thanks, Margies! If you could pray we could sell the place, I would appreciate that. We had it on the market for a year and just couldn't keep paying the payments with it empty. So....now this. My husband just had surgery and that is not cheap and these people owe us a lot of money. They are refusing to return our calls......we just want to see it sold so we are going to have to get it up to par and then put it back on the market again.....

Will be praying y'all can get it sold, and recoup your money. And I agree with Margie, will be praying for y'all to get the clean up done if possible.

Hey ya'll, thanks for the prayers. Hate to keep bugging you but my MIL is in the hospital recovering from an appendectomy. She is having some complications and we are a bit worried about her and we are about 14 hours away. Her husband is not very forthcoming with information. She keeps sleeping through phone calls. She's been there about 3 days. Thanks!
