And to one of the above posters, it's very hard to find anything truly posative in what Obama has done thus far. Has he done anything major I can be proud of ? Anything thats really going to shape this country for the better?

The bail out was bad for business, the stock market and actually has already sank the American economy into a Greater Depression which we are still no where near getting out of.

The rescue plan for homeowners-- it helped no one.


His handling of the Somali pirate situation was hopelessly flawed.

His plan to allow oil drilling off of our coasts to lessen our dependecy on foreign oil, not a real good idea.

His response to the oil spill was not fast enough.


His defending of America at the acceptance of his undeserved Nobel Peace Award-- not enough.

His ability to help pass Healthcare Reform that actually helps all Americans is actually the first step toward an Obama Dictatorship.

His plan for NASA will limit American ingenuity.

His Administrative Cabinet is only filled with Democrats because he is soulessly partisan.

No state received "extra" money from the Federal Government to help boost the economies of individual states. It's all a big lie!

He doesn't listen to his military Commanders at all.

He doesn't even salute his troops when he is saluted.

He withdrew all American troops from Iraq haphazzardly-- destroying the efforts of American troops that served long before he was elected.

He has no plan for Afghanistan-- he nor his appointed top Military advisors.




Is there anyone here that wants to set the record straight on Obama's good points-- or are we satisfied with the lies I have presented above-- satisfoed with the notion that a Democrat, this Democrat, can do nothing right?

Only problem is that Bush's cabinet dwellers made serious mistakes, errors in judgment, blunders, etc.


Most of the people on the right that give this President a hard time has done so and will do so just because.




GWB didn't have that problem. He and his cabinet earned America's contempt. If you don't believe me, just look at the elections in 2006 and look who our President is today!

I think I understand the "long-legged" part, the President is tall and rather lean; but what exactly is a "mac-daddy?" I think I read an explanation once but I have forgotten the etymology.
