Why can't we just attach a motor to a generator, let it run in the corner while we siphon off a small amount of extra power?

Or.... if we ALL work at a location which is downhill from our home, we can all coast to work and not use ANY gas!

And if we just raised the min wage to $100 an hour, we would ALL be well off!
