McCain has flinched! He is a big chicken! First he said he was going to suspend his campaign, delay the debate UNTIL AN AGREEMENT HAD BEEN REACHED. Now he has renigged on what he said as is going to the debate even though an agreement hasn't been reached. What a chicken flop.
