He has battled addiction since 2004 after a major car accident that broke his back in 7 places along with many other health problems. The night of the accident the dr told me that he did not expect Justin to live but if he lived that he would never walk again. Through much prayer and nothing less than a miracle he lived and walks like normal. Through all of this with the pain he became addicted to pain pills. He is now in rehab trying to beat this addiction. He found out last week that he has some major health issues that are life threatening. He also will be getting more test results tomorrow. He is scared to death right now. Would you please pray for him, he was raised in church and knows the power of prayer. When I talked to him earlier he sounded so down. I told him that we would get through all of this with Gods help..sorry I rambled !!!!
Thanks so much!!!

Re: 24 Year old son needs urgent prayer
Debbie,
I am praying for your son. I can't imagine the pain from a back being broken 7 places. It truly is a miracle he is walking. I have three kids ages 25, 23, 21 so I know how you feel as a parent watching one of your children suffer and there is nothing you can really do but pray for them and love them. I am praying for divine intervention, for a miraculous touch from God.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: 24 Year old son needs urgent prayer
Just wanted to stop and give an update on Justin. On Thursday he will complete his inpatient drug rehab. I will be so glad to have him home, but know the battle is just starting. He has tried to stay off the drugs before but has failed, but this time when I talk to him the things he says and his attitude about it all is totally different. That gives me hope that maybe this time he can get through it. I don't claim to know much but this I do know. We serve an AWESOME GOd and anything is possible through HIM. So I am claiming this IN JESUS NAME. Please continue to pray not only for Justin but for our whole family that we can do the right things to support and help Justin through this......
Thanks for your prayers
