I don't know much about her views on other topics, but it certainly looks like she and I agree on birth control and abortion.

I thought it would be a tease/shock, and then so obviously a joke that everybody would laugh. If you think my humor was too subtle, delete the thread.

Palin is against abortion even in cases of rape or incest. A little too radical for my tastes.

A better case can be made, using reason, logic, Aristotle, or the Bible, for killing the rapist than for killing the child: A crime has been committed! Let's punish the victim and the innocent bystander!

Although, I am against using the death penalty in non-murder rape cases.

And I am against abortifascient forms of contraception - which many of them are.

The societal laxity on the topic of death is a bad thing. It displeases God and it hardens our hearts.

how is aborting the child of a rape victim punishing the victim? what women would want to bear and raise a child of a rapist and who would condemn her for doing so?

Ever notice how abortion is always justified by rape and life of the mother yet accounts for vitually none of the abortions each year?

Murder shouldn't be approved of in any of its forms, including abortion.

Palin has made it easier and less painful for me to vote for McCain.

One that believes God thinks the shedding of innocent blood an abomination.

Have you noticed there seems to be a lack of rape charges to go with all these abortions????

Abortion traumatizes the women who experience it. The radical feminists attempt to downplay this aspect, and lie about the statistics regarding nightmares, depression, and suicide. There is a bible verse that says God's law is written on the hearts of mankind. Even the un-churched feel a sense of guilt afterwards. It takes a hardened sociopath to feel no remorse for having blood on one's hands

There were several publicized cases where the woman put the baby up for adoption. Such women choose not to respond to violence and brutality with more of the same. It sounds remarkably moral of them, does it not?

After all, it wasn't the CHILD'S FAULT that his mother's egg was fertilized against her wishes.
