May I ask a question? Do you all really care that those who want to branch out on their own do so? If they branch out and go their own way then so be it. If they go with bad attitudes that is on them. If they go and you have bad attitudes about it then that is on you. I say you should wish them well, get back to the every day grind, fellowship those that still want to fellowship, and keep doing what you believe in your heart is the right thing. By all means though do not lower yourselves to talk ill of them. If any ill speaking is to be done let it be by them.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
If they have a haughty spirit and are self-righteouos in their exodus then God will judge them. Would you really want those who adhere to that type of thinking and actions staying in your organization rather than bless them and let them go their way?
