I did tell her last night she could name him Bartholomew and I would call him Jack!

My brother, knowing that his wife would vehemently disagree, said that he felt they should name their boy "Buster".
They didn't.
But... he is now entering his teens I honestly couldn't tell you what they named him.
We all call him Buster.

You can't pick a name until after you've done the neighbor yell test.
Step out the back door and yell each name REALLY LOUD...loud enough to call him home from 2 houses over.
I agree with others that Eli and Levi are too similar, but I liked that the two of them would have biblical names.
But I like Jackson too, as it has a relevant, or current ring to it.

I chose Jack, because Levi & Eli are too similar, and when you or or wife yell at one, they are both going to respond. Or you constantly call them the wrong name. My parents did all M's and that was confusing enough!

A third option would be to come up with another old testament name to go with Samuel.
