As far as your other suggestions. KP,JS,WH are all still very Acts 2:38 in their doctrine and would all qualify as moderates in the UPC if they were still part of the organization.
Which unlike MOST of what gets reported on this forum is not hearsay, since I have personally heard all three preach and teach recently and repeatedly.

He's wrong... but he has no problem saying it nonetheless.
