If a minister can shout this through a microphone more for emphasis and theatrics than a true utterance of the HOLY Spirit of God, he deserves to be called out/.
I don't KNOW they are out there, but only speculate based on the size of the Universe. The extreme distances involved between the Earth and anyone else would make ANY interaction completely impossible.
And yes, any other civilizations would be just as created as ours is. We would just have no clue about their circumstances.
I wonder if aliens are going to heaven? Because I would assume they are created beings they would have to have a relationship with their creator in order not to spend eternity in ONE hell or to go to heaven?
I wonder if aliens have their own set of standards as not to encite lust among one another. Do their women have hair? I wonder if they have the same admonisment?

All I know is, they are doomed if they don't look like the universal restroom signs (except with longer hair and skirts on the women )
I think the presence of aliens goes against the Bible, and thus, if they truly do exist, then God does not, or His Word is untrue.
Not really, this would fall into the same category as the question, "Who did Adam and Eve's kids procreate with?" not saying they were aliens, but just that the possibility that God created other humans that were not mentioned in the bible is possible...
