1)Once a person comes to believe in Christ then by faith in the Word of God, the believer is able to presuppose a Biblical worldview. How can a nonbeliever come to believe the Word of God is true? He just doesn't all of a sudden presuppose it. And how can we based upon our presupposition of biblical world view convince a nonbeliever that we have the truth. Don't all the other religions hold the same of their faiths'? How is the argument on presupposition superior to evidential or experiencein this regard?

You've asked so great questions. Thanks for actually reading the articles.

A believer comes to believe when God changes his heart and gives him a heart of flesh. In some it's like a light that comes on and others it's seems to be more gradual.

Don't forget that 'proof' is not 'persuasion'. A person can be given 100% ironclad proof and it not persuade and many times God uses imperfect and sometimes down right fallacious arguments to 'convince' but it's God Who does the convincing.

The argument that I believe is Biblical is an indirect one. It does not presuppose the neutrality and autonomy of man and from the beginning it assumes the kingship of Christ. It further shows that on the unbelievers worldview he cannot makes sense of the world around him and further more ONLY the Christian worldview can. ALL others are inconsistent with themselves. It requires an internal critique by the believer.

The transcendental presuppositionalist view is superior first because it's the biblical pattern and all other positions presuppose the autonomy of man, that God is in the dock, and that man has the prerogative to decide if the Truth is truth. Furthermore, all other positions present their 'facts' as the best option and 'most probably' true. Even though they are 99.99% sure there still is some wriggle room for the unbeliever and don't forget that ALL 'facts' are interpreted.

Quote:
This internal revelation which every man has been given inherently by God as Dr. Bahnsen understands from the book of Romans, what or where do you think this revelation lies within us? Is it placed in each of our consciences by God?
Romans 1 states that all men have an understanding of God and that knowledge holds them culpable for their sins and thereby worthy of death. That is why there are no innocent 'natives' who have never heard the gospel. The evidence(facts) are all around man, in the earth and heavens, and yet man with his own set of pressupositional glasses will not read the facts correctly because of his hate of the Creator. It takes a gracious God to open man's heart.
